Assorted Cycling Apparel

You, too, can look like Ryan Kelly when you sport these fantastic jerseys that I no longer have a need for:

Represent the Housatonic Wheel Club U23 team and pretend you are me from 2007. Size large. Race cut (DUH). Really neat vented side panels (where it says “Housatonic”). $15 American Dollars.

While wearing this beauty you can almost hear Ed Spuler shouting at you to “Kick It In”, or, if he’s in a bad mood, berate you with a string of nonsensical expletives. This is the actual jersey that I raced in during the 2005 collegiate season, where I was the Men’s C Champion. Which is PRETTY FUCKING PRESTIGIOUS. To complete the 2005 Ryan Kelly simulation, simply add a 40 of Olde English and Interpol’s “Antics” on repeat. Size medium. $15 American Dollars.

Sodexho jersey

I believe I purchased this jersey from Kevin Bouchard-Hall at the UVM mountain bike race in 2004. I’m not sure where he got it. But to make it seem more appealing, I’m just going to assume that it’s a most aggressive rider’s jersey from some European stage race. I DO KNOW, though, that it is quite comfy, and doesn’t have elastics on the arm bands – which is super-Euro, lending even more support to my prior theory. Size medium. $10.

Assorted Long Sleeve Base Layers

This is a base layer. It has long sleeves. It is quite warm and nice in the winter time. It is size large, although it seems to be a bit bigger than a size large. Not much of an issue if you’re wearing it under a long sleeve jersey, jacket and vest. $10.

This is an Ibex wool base layer/shirt thingy. It’s very comfortable. It has a little zipper on it. It’s a large. I think this thing is like $70 new. $20.
