News on the RTK-5000 vs. PVB Cyclocrossdome Battle 2K9.

As you can see he is now one of my victims, largely due to the fact that he mechanicaled out of the bicycle race on Saturday. I, too, had a mechanical issue, but I persevered and managed to finish in my standard 5th from last position. Which is how I roll, regardless of how prestigious the race is.

UCI race against Tim Johnson and the Cyclocrossworld.com/Booyah squad? 5th from last.
Local race? 5th from last.
Other race types that must exist but I cannot think of? 5th from last.

HOWEVER. In an astounding paradox, PVB is both a VICTIM and a NEMESIS. I imagine that this means that when I race, PVB’s body splits in half, and his front half rides a front wheelie in front of me, and his back half rides a wheelie behind me, and I sit in the middle awash in PVB entrails.

I think with a few more defeats I can finally have him as only a Victim. I’d like to think that his mechanical this weekend was due to the voodoo doll that I have made of his bike. Or the dart gun I fired at his wheel.
