Ah, their shit is mostly together except for the CLOUDS OF SMOG. Yesterday they started implementing a new plan to keep cars of roads. Cars with plates ending in even numbers can drive on one day and plates ending with odd numbers can drive the next day. Maybe they should have thought of that a little more than 15 days before the games start??
