TED KING! HURRY UP!
Wow. An exciting afternoon! I don’t know if anyone else uses the Tour Tracker, but I have been spending most of my afternoons glued to that. Unless I’m interrupted by “work”.
Anyway, if you were watching, you got to see Ted King spend OVER SIX HOURS IN A BREAK. HOLY CRAP. It was awesome seeing him up there with Hincapie and the others. I started watching Tour Tracker at about one, through the rest of my work day, and took my laptop to the Whit to watch the rest of the stage. A long day and an exciting finish, even if Ted fell off the group. Regardless, it was great to see someone who had worked so hard in the break take the win.
Hopefully there will be some photos on cyclingnews later of Ted’s legs looking up at him and screaming for the pain to stop.
I suggest everyone head over to his blog and give him props for a fantastic ride.
