Oh Barry Wicks/Thank you internet
After I accosted both Barry Wicks and Ryan Trebon at the Gloucester race this year to ask their input on course design, I realized that Barry Wicks is the nicer of the two. Unlike his teammate, Wicks didn’t act like his “shit didn’t stink” (to quote my dad) when I talked to him about installing shark tanks on the bike race course.
So from there I knew he had a good sense of humor. Then Colin R linked to this hilarious picture of Wicks acting a lot like me (or is it that I probably act like him?) at the Tour of California.
I’m going to go make that my background picture now.
